Your Acceptance of this Legally Binding Agreement

IMPORTANT: BY USING OR ACCESSING THE CONFETTI EVENTS WEBSITE AND THE INFORMATION, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use or access the confettievents.co.za website or information, products or services provided therein. This Agreement is between you ("You") and Confetti Events and is effective at the date of your first use or access of the confettievents.co.za website. You further agree that Confetti Events may change, alter, amend or replace all or any part of this Agreement at any time, that such changes, alterations, amendments or replacements shall be effective as of the time of posting. If you do not agree with the changed, altered, amended or replaced Agreement, do not use or access the confettievents.co.za website or information, material, products or services provided therein. Continued use after the time of posting changes will constitute acceptance of the changed, altered, amended or replaced Agreement.

• INTELECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
  All the contents, trademarks and data on this website, including but not limited to, software, databases, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, private information, designs and agreements are the property of or licensed to "Confetti Events" and as such are protected from infringement by local and international legislation and treaties. Any copying or unauthorized use of this website shall constitute an infringement of the intellectual property rights of "Confetti Events".
  
• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  Confetti Events assumes no responsibility to you or any third party for the consequences of any inaccuracy, error or omission on the website, regardless of cause. Confetti Events or its employees, shall not be liable to you or any third party for damage or loss of any kind arising out of or relating to the use of, or the inability to use, the confettievents.co.za website or any content provided therein, or arising out of or relating to the use of any web site linked hereto, including, but not limited to, any lost profits, lost opportunities, special, incidental, indirect, punitive, exemplary, aggravated, economic or consequential damage, even if Confetti Events is advised of the possibility of such damage or loss or of a claim by another party. Although Confetti Events takes precautions to protect personal and confidential information, there is no guarantee, and Confetti Events makes no representation or warranty, that personal and confidential information transmitted to or from or stored on the confettievents.co.za website, or transmitted over the internet generally, will be maintained confidential and secure. Confetti Events assumes no liability or responsibility pertaining to the receipt, storage, transmission or other use of personal or confidential information provided by you to Confetti Events, unless otherwise provided in a written agreement between you and Confetti Events.
• METHODS OF PAYMENT
  Confetti Events can accept credit card payments as well as direct deposits. A proof of payment must be faxed or e-mailed before products will be packed for delivery.
• REFUNDS AND RETURNS
  Strictly no refunds will be accepted by Confetti Events. It is therefore the buyers responsibility to ensure that the correct product, colour and size is purchased. No returns will be considered after 7 days of receipt. Strictly no refunds. Please contact us immediately should you be unhappy with your purchase. We reserve the right to enforce a handling fee should a return be granted. The handling fee will be based on the purchase price, but will not exceed 40%.
• DELIVERY:
  Delivery on your packages is subject to availability of the product purchased. As standard, orders are processed on the next working day, but guaranteed to be processed within 48 hours. Delivery of your order will be within 7 working days. We reserve the right to change delivery costs based on the weight of the package, but we will inform the customer of any price changes with regards to delivery. Confetti Events has the right to delay delivery until payment is shown in Confetti Events bank account.
• AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS:
  Display of a product does not necessarily guarantee availability. We will endeavour to keep our website updated on stock changes, however, out-of-stock items may delay your delivery. We will keep you fully informed of any such occurrences.
• GENERAL:
  We strive to advertise all prices and illustrations correctly at all times, however, we cannot be held responsible for any omissions or errors which may occur. All pricing is quoted and transacted in South African Rands. Confetti Events makes no representation, warranty or guarantee that the content will be satisfactory to your needs, meet your expectations, or be uninterrupted, timely, accurate, secure or free from errors.
• CHANGE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
  Confetti Events reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of sale at any time. Any changes will not affect confirmed orders.
• WRONG/INCOMPLETE OR MISSING DELIVERY DETAILS SUPPLIED
  Please note that should we be supplied with incorrect or incomplete delivery details, we reserve the right to charge a redirection/redelivery fee should our courier be unable to deliver. Please make sure that we are supplied with as many contact numbers for the recipient as possible, to ensure a speedy delivery.
• DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS
  If goods are damaged/lost or an incorrect order has been dispatched, and evidence is supplied to verify this, we will resend the correct goods free of charge. However, an intense investigation into this matter will be done.
• CANCELLATIONS
  Confetti Events reserves the right to cancel any order for what any reason they deem fit. In this event Confetti Events will refund the purchaser in full. In the event of the purchaser wishing to cancel confirmed, but not yet dispatched order, Confetti Events shall refund the purchaser less a R95 administration fee. In the event the purchaser wishing to cancel a confirmed and dispatched, but not yet delivered order, Confetti Event shall refund the purchaser less a R250 administration fee, to cover the courier costs as well as Confetti Events for their time and effort.
